4. Pedal adjustment
The pedal strap (19) is adjustable and can be personalized to fit the
user's foot size.
5. Adjusting the intensity level (resistance)
• Rotate the setting knob (79)
clockwise to increase intensity.
• Rotate the setting knob (79) counter-
clockwise to decrease intensity.
Level 1 is the lowest and Level 12 the
highest intensity level.
Never overexert yourself or another person during training!

Perform your training at an intensity level and speed which suit your personal fitness.
Start out slow and easy.
When the machine is not in use, you can save space by folding in the sliding rail (35).

1. Unscrew knob (33) and washer (34), and pull out the securing pin (29). Then lift sliding rail (35) by
one hand into a vertical position; as shown in figure A.

Attention!
• To fold in the machine, first slide the
seat (36) to a position close to the
main frame. Otherwise, it might rush
down the sliding rail (35).
• When folding the device in and out,
make sure to properly fix the rail so
that it cannot fall down.
• Store the device out of reach of
children or pets.
