Step 2 - Unlock
Make sure you position the dumbbell
rack on a flat, sturdy surface.
To unlock the dumbbell system for
weight adjustment, press the dumbbell
handle down slightly to check that it is
firmly fixed in the weight discs.
Step 3 - Setting the weight
To select the dumbbell weight, turn the handle until the mark points to the desired weight level. When
fully engaged, you will hear a metallic clicking sound.
