Stage 1 / Schritt 1
Prepare your aileron servo by fitting the rubber grommets
and brass ferrules supplied with the servo. Slide it into it ply
mounting tray on the wing panel and mark the position of the
mounting holes.
Bereiten Sie Ihr Querruder Servo vor, indem Sie die
Gummiblöcke und Messinghülsen, die mit Ihrem Servo
mitgeliefert wurden, befestigen. Schieben Sie das Servo auf
den vormontierten Holzträger und markieren die Position der
Montagelöcher.
Stage 2 / Schritt 2
Pilot drill the plywood tray with a 1.5mm drill bit
Mit einem 1.5mm Bohrer bohren Sie die Löcher in den
Holzträger.
Stage 3 / Schritt 3
Fit the servo using the mounting screws supplied with the
servo. Note the orientation of the servo – the output should be
towards the front (leading edge) of the wing. Note the servo
wire is placed through the slot under the servo plate to clear
the wing centre when joined together.
Schrauben Sie das Servo mit den Montagenschrauben, die
mit Ihrem Servo mitgeliefert wurden, fest. Beachten Sie dabei,
dass der Servoausgang zur Flügelvorderseite zeigt. Achten Sie
darauf, dass Sie das Servokabel durch die Öffnung unter dem Servohalter geschoben haben, damit Sie die Flügel in der
Mitte lösen und zusammenfügen können.

Centre the aileron servo with your radio and fit the servo
arm as shown. Bolt the arm into position
Zentrieren Sie das Querruderservo mit Ihrer Fernsteuerung,
und befestigen den Servoarm, wie gezeigt. Dann schrauben
Sie diesen fest.
Stage 5 / Schritt 5
Locate the aileron torque rod horn then screw the horn to
the aileron torque rod as shown.
Schrauben Sie das Querruderhorn an das
Gestänge, wie gezeigt.

Stage 6 / Schritt 6
Locate the aileron pushrods, plastic clevises and silicon
tube retainers. Screw a clevis onto the threaded end of the
pushrod so the threads protrude 2mm inside the open area of
the clevis. Slide on a tube retainer and connect the clevis to the
aileron torque rod horn as shown.
Nehmen Sie die Querrudergestänge (mit Gewinde),
Kunststoffgabelköpfe und die Silikon- Sicherung. Befestigen
Sie am Gestängeende einen Gabelkopf, so dass das Gestänge
2mm durch den Gabelkopf geht. Befestigen Sie eine Silikon-Sicherung und verbinden den Gabelkopf mit dem
Querruderhorn, wie gezeigt.
Stage 7 / Schritt 7
Holding the aileron centred, mark the position where the
pushrod crosses the hole in the servo output arm.
Halten Sie das Querruder mittig, und markieren die Position
an dem das Gestänge das Servohorn kreuzt.
Stage 8 / Schritt 8
Now bend a 90 degree bend in the pushrod at this point.
Biegen Sie das Gestänge an diesem Punkt um 90°.
Stage 9 / Schritt 9
Slide the wire into the servo output arm.
Schieben Sie das Gestänge in das Servohorn.
Stage 10 / Schritt 10
Snap on the moulded nylon swing-in-keeper as shown.
Drücken Sie den "Swing - In" Gabelkopf auf das Gestänge,
um es zu sichern, wie gezeigt.
