Drivers for components and operating systems
The drivers for components are stored in the "C:\Windows\ConfigSetRoot\Drivers" folder of the restored system or on the
Restore USB stick in the "Drivers" folder.
Note
If your system is equipped with a hardware RAID controller, you must also upgrade the controller's firmware before installing
the restore.
Use the functions in the Device Management of your system.
•
When the system starts up, confirm with the <ESC> key - select "Device Management"
•
Select "MaxView Storage Manager" and navigate in the menus to the "Administration" menu command.
•
Select FW update from Media and follow the update instructions.
You can find the FW update (AS840501.ufi) on your Restore USB flash medium in the folder: "[USB_Drive]:\Drivers\RAID-
AHCI\Micro".
Note
If your system is equipped with a hardware RAID controller, a "Graphical User Interface" (GUI) is installed for it during
commissioning.
The pre-installed Internet Explorer 11 is not suitable for using the GUI.
You need to download and install a current web browser, such as MS Edge.

ensure your are using the correct number of licenses. The "per server" licensing model with 5 workstation licenses (CALs) is
preset on your system.
