Mounting the device

NOTICE! Damage hazard
Before drilling any holes, make sure that no electrical cables or other parts of the vehi-
cle can be damaged by drilling, sawing and filing.
1. Disconnect the positive connector from the battery.
2. Remove all cables from the positive connector.
3. Guide through all positive cables in the Hall sensor opening.
4. Connect the positive connector to the battery.

NOTE
Make sure the arrow with the positive symbol (+) on the Hall sensor is facing to the bat-
tery positive connector.

NOTE
Optionally the Hall sensor can be installed to the negative side also. That time make
sure the arrow with the negative symbol (-) on the Hall sensor facing to the battery neg-
ative connector.
5. Install the wall mounting box to the sufficiently hard surface and secure with 4 screws.

NOTE
The battery monitor display can be installed directly into the wall if it has sufficiently
sturdy surface.
6. Connect the cable to the battery monitor display and the Hall sensor.
Install the device as illustrated (fig. 3, page 5).
7. Install the battery monitor display into the mounting box and secure with 4 screws.
8. Connect the red wiring to the battery positive connector and the blue wiring to the battery
negative connector.
