The barcode scanner does not work
If the barcode scanner does not work and the LED of the scanner does not light up when the scan buttons
are pressed, this can have various causes.
The most common cause is that the decoding software is not started. Start the "Scanner Configuration" app
and make sure that the "Enable Scanner" switch is activated (green background).
I have connected the device to my computer via USB, but I cannot
read out any data.
You may need to install an additional driver. Contact our support to get the appropriate driver.
