Clean room installation
COMPACT10E is suitable for use in cleanroom environments.
As the valves close the exhaust air is recycled back to the valve outlet port.
For clean room installations of a stack of pumps, it is recommended to attach a Ø12mm quick
connection to the central exhaust, located on the left gable. Attaching a hose directly to the central
exhaust and securing the connection with a hose clamp is another possibility.
For single pumps in cleanrooms connect a hose to the Ø6mm push-in style connector on the central
exhaust. Secure the connections.
