6. Thread a new drive belt (30)
around the motor shaft (31).
7. Thread a new brush (28) into
the drive belt (30) and pull the
brush (28) towards the holders
at both ends.
8. First press the brush (28) on
the side of the drive belt (30)
into the holder. Then press the

brush (28) on the other side
into the holder.
9. Replace the brush cover (29)
and screw it onto the appliance
using the six screws.
Removing a blockage
in the suction hose or
suction channel
If the suction power decreases,
this may be due to a blockage in
the suction hose (14) or suction
channel.
1. Switch the vacuum cleaner off
and pull the mains plug out of
the socket.
2. Empty the dust bin (see
Page EN-19).
3. Check the filters and clean
them if necessary (see
Page EN-21).
