Adjusting the Twin Gears

For the juicer to function properly, it is important that the twin gears are inserted correctly. Only if this is
done right can the pulp discharge casing be put in place correctly and the arms screwed on properly.
If you have ordered a new twin gear from the Green Star™ Service Centre, please follow
these instructions:
When you purchased your Green Star™ Health Juicer, you received two twin gears that were marked
with dots during production. In order for the new twin gear to fi t with the one you already have, you
need to mark it like the one that you are replacing.
1. Lay the new twin gear next to your second one so that they are fl ush with one another.
2. Mark the position as you know it from the
gears: two dots on the drive gear, one dot
on the free wheel gear.
3. Carefully deepen your mark slightly by
using a drill bit or a sharp object.
