4. Insert the pulp discharge casing into the
twin gear housing.
5. Position the latching arm around the twin
gear housing and turn both latching arm
knobs clockwise to tighten.
Important: Make sure that the latching
arms are properly connected and suffici-
ently tightened.
6. Attach the outlet adjusting knob (or the
bread stick guide, to be used with the
bread stick blank).
7. Insert the safety tray into the feeding chute
down to the twin gear housing (leaving a
small gap to the motor). This is absolutely
necessary; otherwise the plunger would be
abraded by the twin gears.
8. When using the plunger, make sure that
the arrow is pointing toward the pulp
discharge. If you disregard this, pieces of
plastic will be ground off the plunger and
get into the juice.
