Possible Solution
Ensure that the power cord is plugged into the outlet.
Is the machine overloaded? The Green Star™ Health Juicer has an
integrated protector against overheating. If the machine is over-
loaded, it shuts off automatically. After a short cool-down time, it
will switch on again automatically. Make sure that all pieces were
correctly assembled.
Check to see if you assembled the twin gears correctly. Transmission
is defective and must be replaced by the Service Centre.
Make sure that the twin gears (6) are correctly aligned.
Check if there is hard material between the twin gears.
Only operate appliance with raw material in it. The noise will disap-
pear when the juicer is filled (see also "Noise", pg. 61).
During juicing, the pressure builds up around the screen. This can
cause the front part of the Green Star™ Health Juicer to move. This
slight movement is normal and will not damage any part of your
Green Star™ Health Juicer because the attachment parts are cus-
hioned with rubber.
The drive gear (6a) is not mounted properly. Turn the twin gears
back and forth a few times while pushing them back until the drive
gear sits securely (see pg. 44).
Check to see if the latching arms (11) are securely tightened.
Loosen the outlet adjusting knob (1) until the pulp starts coming
out.
