8.2 Six-monthly, by an approved agent
Ensure that there is no abnormal noise when the machine is in operation. At the same time check the
belt for correct centring as well as tension.
Make the necessary adjustments as required.
The machine must be shut down.
Check that the belt is still in good condition (it is easy to determine simply by touch when its thickness
becomes critical).
Check the elongation belt is in good condition.
9 CONSUMABLES
When ordering spare parts, check with your approved agent which part is required based on the
spare parts catalogue issued by the manufacturer.
Always specify the machine serial number as shown on the nameplate.
Your agent will place the orders with JAC.
