Connecting the ONLITE central eBox BSIM
Requirement:
— The general voltage supply is interrupted.
1. If the address is already known, set the desired address using the rotary selector switch on the device.
2. Install the ONLITE central eBox BSIM in accordance with the plans for installation on site in the distribution unit
for the general voltage supply.
3. Connect the system bus to terminals B1 and B2.
4. Connect terminals N of the 4 switch inputs S1–S4 to one neutral conductor each.

If the switch inputs of the ONLITE central eBox BSIM are protected with the same residual current
device, terminals N can be bridged.
·
If the switch inputs of the ONLITE central eBox BSIM are protected with different residual current
devices, terminals N cannot be bridged.
5. Connect terminals L of the 4 switch inputs S1–S4 to one phase (L1–L3).

Observe the plans for installation on site when connecting terminals N.
6. Connect the general voltage supply to terminals L and N.
