Connecting the emergency stop switch
Requirement:
— The emergency stop switch is installed in accordance with the plans for installation on site.

The terminal block is located in the nBox above the nBox MBC
module, with the contacts for signal inputs S1 to S4 (no. 1). The
emergency stop switch is connected to terminals S2+ and S2-.
1. Remove the loop resistance between terminals S2+ and S2- and keep it in a
safe place.
2. Guide the cable through the membrane gland with strain relief.

It is a good idea to strip the cables before inserting them (approx.
1 cm under the cable gland).
The exposed cores should be a little longer than needed in order to
reach the terminals, and then only shortened to the actual length
needed once they have been inserted.
3. Connect the emergency stop switch line to terminals S2+ and S2-.
4. Reinstall the loop resistance at the farthest end of the current loop, so that a
short circuit on the line will be reliably detected.
