• Die maximale Länge E ist abhängig von der Permittivität und der Wasseraufnahme des Kunststoffmaterials, zum Beispiel PTFE:
E ≤ 300 mm
• Materialansammlungen im Bereich des Stutzens (F) sind durch geeignete Maßnahmen zu vermeiden, zum Beispiel
Verwendung von Spülluft
• Das Rohr kann aus einem beliebigen metallischen Material sein, Kanten innerhalb des Rohres (z. B. bei Übergängen)
können zu einer Signalschwächung führen und sind daher möglichst zu vermeiden (G). Die Rohrlänge H spielt aufgrund des
Hohlleitereffekts keine Rolle.

• The maximum length E depends on the permittivity and the water absorption of the plastic material, example PTFE:

• Fouling (material accumulation) in the nozzle area (F) should be avoided in a suitable manner, e.g. by purge air
• The pipe can be made of any desired metallic material, edges inside the pipe (e.g. at transitions) can cause signal attenuation
and thus should be avoided wherever possible (G). The length H of the pipe is unimportant due to the waveguide effect.
