Nut thread defective
Threaded mandrel defective
Nut is not removed by turning
Cause
Nut thread deformed
Removal period too short
Nut not automatically removed
Setting force not reached
Nut stuck on threaded mandrel
Set nut is loose
Cause
Setting force too low
Air pressure too low

Remedy
Use new nut
Replace threaded mandrel (see item 3.1)
Remedy
Setting force too great  reduce (see item 4)
Hold activation button down for longer
Keep holding down activation button until nut has
been automatically removed
Increase network pressure (max. 7 bar)
Keep holding down activation button until nut has
been automatically removed; if necessary, refil hy-
draulic oil Increase network pressure (max. 7 bar)
Reduce setting force (see item 4)
Remove by pressing the removal button D or unscrew
with the help of a hexagon screw driver (see item 5.3)
Remedy
Increase setting force (see item 4)
Increase network pressure to 5 – 7 bar
