Install with stud bolts (DIN ISO 702-3)

1. Screw the stud bolts into the (maximum 0.005 mm according to DIN
6386 and/or ISO 3089).
2. Put machine into set-up mode.
3. Clean the fitting surfaces of the and the machine spindle.
4. Check the fitting surfaces of the machine spindle for radial and axial
run-out.
5. Place the in the correct position on the machine spindle, so that the
machine spindle's protection against torsion takes effect and can be
inserted into the bayonet disk.
1. Turn the bayonet disk counter-clockwise, as seen from the machining
area of the machine, until it is flush with the machine spindle.
2. Place the locknuts of the stud bolts against the bayonet disk and
tighten with a spanner.
3. Check the concentricity at the check collar of the and, where appropri-
ate, align.
