The values stated are emission values and are there-
fore not necessarily safe operating values. Although
there is a correlation between emission and immis-
sion levels, you cannot reliably deduce from this
whether additional safety measures are required or
not. Factors which can influence the immission level
currently at the work station comprise the duration of
the effects, the characteristics of the work room, oth-
er sources of noise etc., for example, the number of
machines and adjacent operations. The permissible
values per work station can also vary from country to
country. This information should nevertheless enable
the user to make a better estimation of dangers and
risks.

8. Unpacking the machine

Check all parts for any transport damage. Inform the
transport agent immediately of any faults. Make sure
the delivery is complete. Inform the dealer immedi-
ately in case something is missing.
Additional parts that are to be attached to the ma-
chine, must be located and identified before assem-
bly.
Attention: Fill in oil before putting into operation.
Attention! Check the oil level prior to commis-
sioning!
As standard, your plate vibrator is equipped with an
oil monitor that protects the engine from damage if
the oil level is too low.
Attention:
If the oil level is too low, the engine switches itself
off; in this case, proceed as described in the mainte-
nance section in figure 5 and add oil.

9. Assembly

For reasons of packing, your machine is not
completely assembled.
Attaching the handle
Fixing parts:
2 hexagon bolts M 10 x 65
2 washers 10 mm dia.
2 lock nuts
1 hexagon bolt M 5 x 25
Fold lower and upper handle apart Fig. 2.1
Slide the handle in between the fixing brackets and
secure with 2 hexagon bolts M 10 x 65, 2 washers 10
mm, and 2 lock nuts. Fasten the gas lever with slot-
ted screw M 5 x 25 to the upper handle. Fig. 2.2
Mounting the wheel base
Fixing parts:
2 hexagon bolts M 10 x 30
2 washers 10 mm dia.
2 lock nuts M 10
Fasten the pre-assembled wheel base to the holding
brackets using 2 hexagon bolts M 10 x 30, 2 washers
10 mm, and 2 lock nuts (Fig. 2.3)
Working position Fig. 2.4
In the working position, the entire trolley section is
folded up and latched into the hooks on the lower
handle frame.
Transport Fig. 2.5
For transport purposes, the upper handle frame
is folded in, the trolley section is released from the
hooks on the lower handle frame and swung under
the machine by lifting it. The plate vibrator can now
be moved.
Assembling the rubber mat Fig. 2.6
Fixing parts:
3 hexagon bolts M 10 x 30
3 spring washers A 10 mm dia.
For mounting the rubber mat, the machine with the
rubber plate has to be placed onto the rubber mat.
Fasten the rubber mat on the front side using the fix-
ing bar, 3 hexagon bolts M 10 x 30 and 3 washers 10
mm dia. each. Firmly tighten all bolts.
Attention:
Only use the rubber mat for vibrating concrete
stones, concrete plates and similar materials. For vi-
brating gravel, stone chips and similar materials, the
rubber mat must be removed.
