Display is blank
Display active, device not working
No defrosting, no condensate forma-
tion
No compressor operation
Noticeable and audible heat and noise
development
After all checks and maintenance work, wait for approx. 3 minutes before switching the device back on.

Power supply cable plugged in?
Check the power supply cable and plug for damage
Check if there is a power supply at the socket
If the above-mentioned issues can be ruled out, disconnect the device from
the mains and restart it after a wait of approx. 10 minutes. If the problem

Condensate container max. water level? Display 12 active?
Condensate container correctly positioned?
Check the contact switch on the condensate container; clean or move if nee-
ded
Has the configured humidity level been reached?
Humidity level configured on device same as or higher than in the room
Do the room conditions match the technical data of the work area?

the device from the mains and let it cool down for 10 - 15 minutes.
Check and clean air inlets and outlets, check air filter for air passage; if
necessary, have the inside of the device cleaned by a qualified contractor.
