3.3 Anlaufentlastung (SU) und
Leistungsregelung (CR)
Die Ventil-Oberteile werden zum
Schutz gegen Transportschäden als
Beipack geliefert. Sie müssen vor
dem Evakuieren montiert werden.
Dazu den Blindflansch gegen das
Oberteil wechseln.

durch Schutzgas!
Schwere Verletzungen möglich.
Verdichter auf drucklosen
Zustand bringen!
Schutzbrille tragen!
Um Verwechslungen zu vermeiden,
ist der Zylinderkopf mit "SU" bzw.
"CR" gekenzeichnet. Ein Pass-Stift in
der Flanschfläche erlaubt nur die rich-
tige Positionierung.
Anlaufentlastung SU
• optional ab 2EC-2.2(Y)
• Nachrüsten erfordert Austausch
des Zylinderkopfs
Vierzylinder-Verdichter:
Die SU kann grundsätzlich auf einer
der beiden Zylinderbänke montiert
werden. Position bei werkseitig mon-
tierter SU siehe Abbildung 4.
Lieferumfang enthält Druckgas-Über-
hitzungsschutz. Montage siehe Kapi-
tel 4.2.

Capacity control (CR)
The upper parts of the valves are
delivered separately packed to avoid
transport damage. These valve parts
must be fitted in place of the sealing
flanges before the compressor is
evacuated.
Warning!

Compressor is under pressure
by holding charge!
Severe injuries possible.
Release the pressure in the
compressor!
Wear safety goggles!
To avoid mistakes the cylinder head is
marked with "SU" resp. "CR". A pin in
the flange surface only allows the cor-
rect assembly.
Start unloading SU
• Option from 2EC-2.2(Y) on
• Retrofit requires exchange of the
cylinder head
Four cylinder compressors:
In general the SU can be mounted on
either one of the cylinder banks.
Position in case of factory mounting
see figure 4.
Extent of delivery includes the dis-
charge gas temperature protection.

Верхние части вентилей для защиты
от транспортных повреждений
поставляются в отдельной упаковке.
Они должны быть установлены взамен
фланцев-заглушек до выполнения
вакуумирования компрессора.

Компрессор находится под давлением
защитного газа. Возможны травмы
кожи и глаз. При выполнении работ
на компрессоре носить защитные
очки! Не открывать присоединительные
элементы до полного сброса
избыточного давления.
Для избежания ошибок, головки цилиндров
имеет обозначение "SU" или "CR". Штифт
на поверхности фланца обеспечивает
правильную установку компонентов.
Разгрузка при пуске SU
• Опция, начиная с модели 2EC-2.2 (Y)
• Дооснащение требует замены
головки цилиндра
Четырехцилиндровый компрессор:
Устройство SU может быть установлено
на любом из двух блоков цилиндров.
Положение устройства SU, смонтированного
на заводе-изготовителе, см. рис. 4.
В объем поставки входит устройство
защиты от перегрева газом
нагнетания. Монтаж см. главу 4.2.
