Maintenance work
Compliance with the maintenance work recommended by KRÄNZLE will make
sure that your machine is ready to operate at any time.
Precautions are easier than repair - and cheaper!
Should your in-house workshop not be able to perform maintenance work per our
schedule, please contact your local KRÄNZLE dealer for concluding a
maintenance agreement.
Please have your machine number available for all repairs or parts orders. It is
printed on the data plate. The data plate is located at the left bottom end of the
frame.

Intervals

daily
empty and clean dirt hopper
clean the machine
inspect broom bars and sealing lips
every 6 months
grease axles of track wheels and pinions
check drive belt tensions, re-adjust as required

Guarantee

The guarantee is for 24 months as specified by VDMA.
The guarantee covers material and production faults.
It does not cover normal wear, incorrect operation and mechanical damage.
Side brushes and rollers are wearing parts.
Repairs may only be carried out by trained persons using original accessories -
otherwise the guarantee is void.
