Rotate the wheel into marking position following the
arrows.
In this position provide a double mark on the tyre outer

side exactly perpendicular to and above the main shaft.
Confi rm by pressing menu key F1.

The OPTIMISATION "OP.11" screen (Fig. 5-48) is displayed.

If the tyre is not to be turned over on the rim, press F2.


Continue as shown on screen OPTIMISATION "OP.10"
(Fig. 5-46a).

Rotate the wheel into marking position following the
arrows.
In this position provide a double mark on the inside of

the tyre, exactly perpendicular to and above the main
shaft.

Turn the tyre over on the rim.
Confi rm by pressing menu key F1.

The OPTIMISATION "OP.11" screen (Fig. 5-48) is displayed.
Reading H 0
Optimum condition has been achieved and cannot be
improved.
Reading H 2
Wheel running conditions cannot be improved. However, it
is possible to achieve weight minimisation

Readjust the tyre on the rim such that the double mark
coincides with the valve (use tyre changer).
Confi rm by pressing menu key F1.

The OPTIMISATION "OP.12" screen (Fig. 5-49) is displayed.

Tourner la roue en position de marquage (fl èches de
direction).
Placer un repère double dans cette position exactement

au–dessus de l'arbre principal sur l'extérieur du pneu.
Appuyer sur la touche de menu F1 pour confi rmer.

L'image OPTIMISATION "OP.11" (Fig. 5-48) est alors affi chée.

Si le pneu ne doit pas être renversé sur la jante, appuyer

sur la touche F2.

Continue as shown on screen OPTIMISATION "OP.10"
(Fig. 5-46a).

Tourner la roue en position de marquage (fl èches de
direction).
Dans cette position, appliquer un double repère sur le

fl anc intérieur du pneu situé exactement au–dessus de
l'arbre principal.

Renverser le pneu sur la jante.
Appuyer sur la touche de menu F1 pour confi rmer.

L'image OPTIMISATION "OP.11" (Fig. 5-48) est alors
affi chée.
Aff chage H 0
La condition optimale est déjà atteinte et ne peut pas être
améliorée.
Aff chage H 2
La condition de marche ne peut pas être améliorée. Il est
cependant possible d'atteindre encore une minimisation des
masses d'équilibrage.

Tourner ce repère exactement vers la valve (orienter le
pneu sur la jante – machine de montage de pneus).
Appuyer sur la touche de menu F1 pour confi rmer.

L'image OPTIMISATION "OP.12" (Fig. 5-49) est alors
