Operation
5.10.4 Start Optimisation
 Clamp the rim only on the balancer.
 Enter correct rim dimensions, or check existing
inputs for correctness.
 Starting from the main menu, press the menu
key F6 for the Optimisation menu (Fig. 5-33).
The OPTIMISATION MENU "OP.1" screen (Fig. 5-34)
is displayed.

(Compensation run of rim only)
 Readjust the wheel such that the valve is exactly
perpendicular to and above the main shaft.
 Enter the valve position by pressing menu key
F1.
The OPTIMISATION 1 screen (Fig. 5-37) is displayed.

START is signalled on the screen.
 Press the START key.
A compensation run is performed.
The screen "OP.3" as shown in Fig. 5-38 is displayed.

 Mount the tyre correctly on the rim and infl ate
to specifi ed infl ation pressure (make sure the
mounting guide rim of the tyre is correctly
seated).
 Confi rm by pressing menu key F1.
The OPTIMISATION "OP.4" screen (Fig. 5-39) is
displayed.

 Serrer seulement la jante.
 Entrer les dimensions de jante correctes ou
vérifi er que les valeurs entrées sont correctes.
 A partir du menu principal, appuyez sur la touche
F6 pour le menu Optimisation (Fig. 5-33).
L'image MENU OPTIMISATION "OP.1" (Fig. 5-34) est
alors affi chée.

 Tourner la valve exactement perpendiculairement
audessus de l'arbre principal.
 Entrer la position de la valve à l'aide de la touche
F1.
L'image OPTIMISATION 1 (Fig. 5-37) est alors
affi chée.

START est alors affi ché sur l'image.
 Appuyer sur la touche START.
La lancée de compensation est alors effectuée et Fig.
5-38 "OP.3" est affi chée.

 Monter le pneu correctement sur la jante (ligne
de centrage) et le gonfl er à la pression prescrite.
 Appuyer sur la touche de menu F1 pour
confi rmer.
L'image OPTIMISATION "OP.4" (Fig. 5-39) est alors
affi chée.
