1. Contents
The service kit includes:
• 1 terminal box with cover and cable entries.
• 2 screws (A).
• 1 screw (B).
Necessary tool:
The following tool is required for the replacement of
the terminal box:
• Screwdriver - Torx 20.
2. Before removing the terminal box
If the terminal box to be replaced is still able to com-
municate with the remote control R100, it is advisa-
ble to transfer the motor settings to the R100.
When the new terminal box has been fitted, the set-
tings can be transferred to the motor from the R100,
and the motor is ready for operation.
3. Replacement of terminal box
The electrical connection should be carried out in
accordance with local regulations.
Never make any connections in the motor
terminal box unless the electricity supply
has been switched off for at least 5 min-
utes.
The motor may be hot for a while after
being switched off.
3.1 Dismantling
1. Remove the terminal box cover (C).
2. Before disconnecting the wires, carefully note
their position.
3. Remove all wires from the terminal box.
4. Slacken and remove the three screws (B + D).
5. Pull the terminal box off the motor.
3.2 Assembly
1. Secure the terminal box to the motor by means of
the screws (B + D).
2. Connect the wires like in the old terminal box.
3. Fit the terminal box cover (C) and switch on the
electricity supply.
4. Configuration
Use the PC Tool MGE for the configuration of the
motor.

5. Start-up
The necessary settings are made by means of the
R100 (the setting stored from the old terminal box
can be used).
Note: In the case of the pumps TPE Series 2000, the
terminal box must register the maximum head of the
pump.
This is done automatically if the following procedure
is followed:
• Close the discharge isolating valve and let the
pump run on the max. curve for 30 seconds.
The registration of the maximum head of the pump
has now been carried out, and the pump is operating
normally.
