. Add approximately 0.5 kg regeneration salt.
D The regeneration salt must be specially suited for water softening units and be quick dissol-
ving.
. Replace the cap on the water softener.
. Confirm closing of the softener − press
D The buzzer falls silent.

D The control system measures the conductivity of the water (takes approximately 40 se-
conds):
− If insufficient salt has been added, or if the salt has not dissolved sufficiently, a buzzer
sounds and the display shows
salt has dissolved and repeat filling the water softener.
− If the correct quantity has been added and the salt has dissolved, the display shows
and the regeneration process runs.
D The remaining regeneration time is displayed.
D Once the regeneration process is completed, the appliance switches itself off.
