Commissioning

To operate the appliance correctly
− the appliance must be correctly connected by an authorized customer service (page 65 sec-
tion 11.),
− the built-in water softener must be set to the prevailing water hardness (page 60 section 8.).
. Before commissioning for the first time, clean with a cleaning product that dissolves grease.

Getting ready for use

. Open the water tap.
. Switch on the mains switch for the appliance.
D The time of day is shown in the display panel. If it shows 00:00, set the time, see page 45
section 3.3.
Switching on
. Switch the appliance on − press the "on/off" key

D The degree of exhaustion of the water softener is indicated as a percentage in the cooking
temperature display field

king hours, as a regeneration process takes at least 45 minutes and no cooking process is
possible during this time.
