Once your sensor module is successfully paired with your mobile phone, select Training > Hula Hoop to choo-
se from the wide range of available workouts.

The LED display screen on the sensor module automatically lights up when the device is
successfully connected to the app. After 30 seconds of inactivity, the sensor module will
disconnects from your mobile phone and switches to standby mode.
