How to use your Harmony

Centre breastshield over
your nipple.
Start pumping with Stimulation
by pressing forward on the
smaller part of the handle.
Press and release quickly
until your milk starts to flow.
Once your milk starts to flow,
change to Expression by press-
ing the lower end of the handle.
Note: the level of vacuum is con-
trolled by compression and
speed of the handle stroke.
