CAUTION
Fire hazard!
■ The distance between the cooking
surfaces and the lower edge of the
Exhaust hood must be at least 65 cm
for gas cookers.
■ For gas stovetops, you must read the
user manual for the stovetop! If the
manual stipulates a larger distance,
this must be observed.
1. If possible, move the cooker aside so
that you have enough space to install the
exhaust hood.

2. Removing the base plate (2) from the
chimney panel (4): loosen the 3 screws
(3) and remove the base plate (2) together
with the stabilisation plate (8) and the
mounting rail brackets (9).
3. Release the stabilisation plate (8) and the
mounting rail brackets (9) from the base
plate (2).

4. In order to centre the appliance exactly
over the middle of the oven, use a plumb
(a) to determine the point on the ceiling
above the centre of the oven.
5. Place the centre of the base plate (2) on
this point and mark the 9 drill holes.
For concrete ceilings, mark 6 holes.
6. If the exhaust hood will be used to extract
air, also mark the opening for the exhaust
air hose on the ceiling.
7. Drill the holes in the ceiling at the marked
points.
8. Insert 9 suitable wall plugs into the drilled
holes.
