STEP 2: ASSEMBLY OF THE WHEEL RAILS
2 x Wheel rail segments
2 x Hexagon screw M6 x 15
2 x Washer 11.8 x 6.5 x 0.9
There are two di erent wheel rails. One has a narrow and
the other a wide ange on one of the ends. Place the rails
with the slots facing each other. Now place the rail with
the wider ange onto the one with the narrow ange.
Align the rails so that the slots are positioned exactly on
top of each other. Now insert one hexagonal screw with
a washers into each slot. Place the clamp bracket onto
the screws. Make sure that the lateral plate edges on the
clamping bracket point downward. Now screw a nut with
a washer onto each of the screws. Do not tighten the nut
all the way.
STEP 3: ASSEMBLY OF THE RETAINING BRACKET
ONTO THE WHEEL RAIL

First, place the wheel rail loosely over your roof rack. Align
the wheel rail until both ends extend equally over the
crossbars of the roof rack.
Select two boreholes located before and after a crossbar.
Now remove the wheel rail from the roof rack. Insert
one hexagonal screw and a washer into the selected
boreholes. Place the wheel rail with the screws onto the
base plate of the retaining bracket. Make sure that the
knob nut on the retaining clip later points toward the
outside of the vehicle. Now place one washer and a nut
onto the screw and screw tight.

STEP 4: ASSEMBLY OF THE BICYCLE CARRIER
ATTACHMENT ONTO THE ROOF RACK
1 x Wheel rail with assembled retaining bracket

Place the wheel rail with retaining bracket on the roof
rack so that the base plate is located right over the
crossbar selected in step 3. Insert a U-bracket through the
base plate from below. Place a washer and a nut onto both
threads of the U-bracket (see diagram). Slightly tighten
the nuts. Proceed in the same manner with the U-bracket
on the other side of the base plate. Adjust the length of
the wheel rail until two boreholes, on the other end of
the wheel rail, are located in front of and behind the other
crossbar. If you cannot position the crossbar between two
boreholes of the wheel rack then you will have to readjust
the position of the crossbeam on your roof rack. Insert
the third U-bracket through these boreholes from below.
Place the clamp bracket onto the U-bracket from below.
Make sure that the lateral plate edges on the clamping
bracket point downward. Now place the washers and the
nuts onto the threads of the U-bracket. Slightly tighten
the nuts.
Align the bicycle carrier attachment along the parallel
longitudinal axis of the car. Make sure that no bicycle parts
protrude beyond the vehicle contour after the bicycle is
mounted. Now tighten all of the screws and nuts all of the
way. Do not forget the screws that connect the wheel rail
segments.
Place the end caps on the ends of the wheel rails.
