9. Malfunctions cause and solution

Solution
Connect the power cord, check its
connection to the control module.
Check the component connections
to the control module.
Connect the control panel to the
control module.
Reduce the load.
Reactivation will take place after
3 minutes.
Note:
The maximum time of uninterrupted
operation of the lifting mechanism
is 2 minutes, followed by a break in
desk adjustment of at least
18 minutes.
Contact the Customer Service.
Perform system initialisation / first
start-up following the user manual.
Reduce the load on the desk top.
Check the component connections
to the control module.
