INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The manufacturer declares that all appliances are con-
structed in compliance with EC Directives 90/396, and
stipulates that installation must be carried out in accor-
dance with current standards, with particular attention to
adequate air exchange and combustion gas extraction
system.
N.B. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for all
damage caused directly or indirectly by incorrect instal-
lation, tampering, lack of maintenance, improper use,
and all other cases as indicated in the sales conditions.
- The appliance is designed for catering use and must
be operated exclusively by qualified personnel.
- Read this instruction booklet carefully for indications
regarding installation safety, operation and mainte-
nance.
- The instruction booklet must be kept with the appli-
ance for future reference.
- If the appliance sale is sold or moved to new premises,
always ensure that the booklet is kept with the appli-
ance so that the new owner or installer can refer to
operation instructions and safety warnings.
INSTALLATION STANDARDS AND
SPECIFICATIONS
- Installation, all conversions of the appliance to other
types of gas, appliance start-up, and elimination of
system faults, must be carried out exclusively by
qualified personnel.
- Gas installations and appliance locations must com-
ply with current local regulations; note in particular
that the air required for combustion is 2 m
of installed power. Furthermore, all accident preven-
tion standards must be observed.

PRELIMINARY INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
