IMPORTANT:
After cleaning, stainless steel surfaces
must be dried and protected with anti-
corrosive products (available com-
mercially).
Never use scouring pads to clean the
appliance, as small iron deposits may
remain on the surface and cause
rusting. If required, a stainless steel
wool pad can be used.
Always avoid contact with ferrous metal
material, to avoid the risk of rust.
PROLONGED DISUSE OF THE APPLIANCE OR
SHUTDOWN DUE TO FAULTS
In the event of disuse:
1. Close the gas shutoff valve and set the valve knob at
zero.
2. Clean the interior and exterior of the appliance.
In the case of machine shutdown due to faults:
a) Close the gas shutoff valve and set the valve knob at
zero.
b) Refer to the service network.
