2. Remove the 2 gaskets under the crossflow fan (40VK016S-40VK024S).
3. Clean the burr to avoid the power wire from being scratched

Add the refrigerant according to the installation instruction for outdoor units. Compressor failure can be
caused by filling too much or too little refrigerant. Refer to the outdoor unit manual for additional evacuation
and pressure test procedures prior to system operation.
Connecting procedures of refrigerant tubing
• Proceed the flare tube connecting operation to connect all the refrigerant tubes.
• Dual wrenches must be used for connecting the indoor unit tubing.
• For mounting torque, refer to the table on the right
