NOTE
► The charging time until the battery is fully charged is around 90
minutes.
► The operating time for an appliance with a fully charged battery is
approximately 60 minutes.

Operation

NOTE
► You can power the appliance from the mains at any time, regardless
of the battery charge status.
► If you want to use the appliance in battery mode, make sure that the
battery is sufficiently charged (see section Charging the appli-
ance).
1) Ensure that the appliance is switched off before switching to mains
operation.
2) Connect the barrel plug 9 of the mains adapter 8 to the appliance
(see fig. 1).
3) Plug the mains plug of the mains adapter 8 into an easily accessible
mains socket (100 – 240 V ∼, 50/60 Hz).
4) Switch the appliance on by sliding the ON/OFF switch I/O 5 to
position I.
