6 Commissioning
6.7.1 Set of clamping jaws
Each clamping jaw is positioned in the clamp lever using a cylinder bolt Ø 4 × 10 and is secured using a cylinder head
screw M5 × 16.
1 Each stationary locating jaw is bolted onto the clamping body using two countersunk screws M5 × 12.

2 Tighten the clamping jaws with the cylinder head screw (tightening torque 10 Nm).
6.7.2 Mounting the reamer
NOTICE
• When changing the reamer, only use tools with a suitable width across flats.
Reamer holder AF 27 mm, reamer AF 17 mm.

1 Mount the reamer (2) into the reamer holder (1).
2 Tighten the reamer (2) (min. 20 Nm).
