Assembling New High Pressure Sensor - Dräger P-Serie Montageanweisung

Assembly
Position the cable beneath the support plate of the brea-
thing air cooler and secure in plate by tightening both
screws.
Fix the cable into place using the two brackets along the
side of the support sleeve.
Assemble the cable ties. The spacing is (95 mm +/- 5).
The ferrite sleeve on the left is flush with the cable tie. The
intermediate space between the ferrite sleeves should be
(5.0 + 5.0) mm.
NOTICE
Assembly of the cable ties in connection with the ferrite
sleeves is not required for the BG4 AP/CP closed circuit
breathing apparatus. These parts are not included with the
AP/CP set.

Assembling new high pressure sensor

The pressure reducer is still mounted on the vise - see
page 21.
Insert a new copper sealing ring D 04873.
Screw the new high pressure sensor into the pressure
reducer and tighten firmly by hand using a WS 17 span-
ner - torque value (15 + 5) Nm.
Remove the pressure reducer from the vise.
Assemble the elbow plug connection once again using a
WS 8 spanner.
From the inside, position the pressure reducer in the sup-
port sleeve.
From the inside, insert the pressure reducer into the sup-
port sleeve drill hole and put into position.
