Ansaugen von offener Wasserstelle
- Pumpe, wenn Kupplung vorhanden mittels Hebel (Z3), bei
Leerlaufdrehzahl langsam einkuppeln.
- Entlüftungspumpe einschalten:
◊ Hebel (Z9) herausziehen und nach oben schwenken.
◊ Entlüftungspumpe beginnt sofort zu arbeiten.
◊ Solange die Entlüftungspumpe eingeschaltet ist, ist die
Motordrehzahl auf 4000 min
◊ Bei einem Druck von 1,5 bis 2 bar wird die Entlüftungs-
pumpe vom Ausschaltzylinder ausgeschaltet.
◊ Fällt der Pumpendruck auf ca. 1 bar ab, schaltet sich die
Entlüftungspumpe automatisch wieder ein.
- Druckausgänge (J10) öffnen und Drehzahl erhöhen, bis ge-
wünschter Druck erreicht ist.
WICHTIG !
Unbedingt zu vermeiden ist das Arbeiten ohne Saugkorb und Saugsieb,
das Arbeiten mit Vollgas ohne Mundstück (Freiauslauf) - Kavitation,
sowie die Änderung der Zündungs- und Vergasereinstellung.
Drafting operation from open water source
- Use clutch (Z3) to engage pump at idle speed (optional feature).
- Engage priming pump:
◊ Pull lever (Z9) and swivel it to upper position.
◊ Priming pump starts working immediately.
◊ During priming procedure the
pump speed is limited to 4000 rpm.
◊ When the pump has reached a pressure of 1.5-2 bar, the
priming pump is switched off by a hydraulic cylinder.
◊ If the pressure inside the pump drops below approx. 1 bar,
the priming procedure will start automatically.
- Open pressure outlets (J10) and increase speed slowly until
desired pressure is reached.
ATTENTION !
Avoid unconditionally operating pump without strainer and suc-
tion screen,
operating pump with full speed without nozzle - cavitation may occur,
change ignition or caburetor adjustment.
