7.2.1
Wartungspersonal
Ausschließlich autorisiertes und anerkanntes Wartungspersonal ist berechtigt, die genauen
Prüfungen vorzunehmen, die für die plan- und regelmäßigen Wartungsinspektionen erforderlich
sind. Als anerkanntes Wartungspersonal gelten auch vom Hersteller oder einem Vertreter des
Herstellers autorisierte erfahrene Servicetechniker. Die planmäßigen Wartungsinspektionen
müssen entsprechend dem Inspektions- und Wartungsplan erfolgen. Der Produkthersteller stellt
den Inspektions- und Wartungsplan für das Gerät zur Verfügung. Der Originalhersteller des
Geräts oder ein Vertreter des Herstellers hat Wartungspersonal für die Gerätewartung
autorisiert und anerkannt.
Der Betreiber/Bediener des Produkts muss die täglichen Prüfungen und bei Bedarf die tägliche
Schmierung durchführen. Vom Betreiber autorisiertes anerkanntes Wartungspersonal kann
ebenfalls das Gerät in den vorgegebenen Intervallen schmieren.
Mechanische Wartungsarbeiten erfordern besondere Qualifikationen und Werkzeuge, um
einen sicheren und zuverlässigen Gerätebetrieb zu gewährleisten. Ausschließlich

autorisiertes und anerkanntes Wartungspersonal darf die Wartungsarbeiten durchführen.
Als anerkanntes Wartungspersonal gelten auch vom Hersteller oder einem Vertreter des
Herstellers autorisierte erfahrene Servicetechniker.
7.2.2
Preservation of protection class
The product has as a standard feature the protection class IP66. Preserving the IP rating of the
product requires special attention and procedures in all maintenance tasks where the covers of
the chain hoist are opened.
Every time that you reassemble the covers of the chain hoist, inspect the housing seals

for any damage before the installation. If needed, replace the covers to preserve the
protection class.
