Make sure that the hook does not turn around while lifting.
2. Measure the power supply
• Check that the voltage is over the required minimum value (normally -5 %) under 100%
load.
3. Check the brake operation
• Check that the hoisting brake operates correctly in both upward and downward directions.
The braking distance is normal when it is two chain links or less.
4. Check the motor current
• Check the motor current at each phase during the lifting and lowering motion with the
rated capacity. The current should be in balance in all phases, and it may not exceed the
ratings for the motor. Check the current with both hoisting speeds.
5. Check the running temperature
• If the thermal protection halts the lifting or lowering movement prematurely, identify the
reason for the overheating before continuing the commissioning tests.
6. Check the slipping clutch operation
• Check that the slipping clutch mechanism works correctly. When the torque that is caused
by the load exceeds the designed lifting limit (110% [EUR], 125% [US, CH]), the slipping
clutch discs should begin to slip. When the slipping clutch discs slip, they prevent the
lifting movement.
• Local regulations state the maximum values for the load that can be lifted. Follow the local
regulations. Maximum limit for the load that should not be lifted in any case is 1.6 x the
rated capacity.

Nach der Inbetriebnahme
• Kontrollieren Sie per Sichtprüfung das Hubwerk und sonstige Teile auf eventuelle
Beschädigungen während der Inbetriebnahmeprüfung.
• Prüfen Sie, ob alle während der Installation verwendeten Werkzeuge und Materialien vom
Hubwerk und der Laufbahn entfernt wurden.
• Informieren Sie Hubwerk-Bediener und Aufsichtspersonal darüber, dass sie eine Schulung
benötigen.
Die autorisierte Wartungsfirma des Hubwerk-Herstellers kann in einer separaten Vereinbarung
eine Bedienerschulung organisieren.
• Überprüfen Sie die Dokumente, die zusammen mit dem Hubwerk geliefert wurden.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Einträge ordnungsgemäß in den Dokumenten erfasst wurden.
Überprüfen Sie, ob die Referenzdaten in der Dokumentation den Daten auf den
Typenschildern entsprechen.
• Erstellen Sie ein Inbetriebnahmeprotokoll für das Hubwerk und bewahren Sie dieses
zusammen mit der weiteren Dokumentation für das Hubwerk auf.
