Dateifreigaben
Einrichtung unter Windows 10
Die Nutzung einer Dateifreigabe als Speicherort basiert
auf dem Protokoll Samba 1.0 / Cifs (siehe Spezifikationen).
Diese ist auf einem Windows 10 Rechner standardmäßig
nicht aktiviert.
Sie könnn diese aktivieren, indem Sie:
1. die Einstellungen öffnen (Start > Einstellungen bzw.
Windows + I).
2. Öffnen Sie „Apps" > „Apps & Features".
3. Auf der rechten Seite finden Sie den Punkt „Programme
und Features" in
Einstellungen".
4. Öffnen Sie den Punkt „Windows-Features aktivieren
oder deaktivieren"
5. Aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen vor „Unterstützung
für die SMB 1.0/CIFS-Dateifreigabe" und bestätigen Sie
mit OK.
6. Starten Sie Ihr System neu, wenn Sie dazu aufgefordert
werden.
Beachten Sie, dass hierfür Administratorrechte
notwendig sind.
Nun können Sie eine Windows Dateifreigabe einrichten.
Öffnen Sie hierzu die Eigenschaften des entsprechenden
Ordners. Im Reiter „Freigabe" klicken Sie auf „Erweiterte
Freigabe..." und aktivieren Sie das Kontrolkästchen „Diesen
Ordner freigeben".
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie dem entsprechenden
Benutzer die erforderlichen Lese- und Schreibrechte
zuweisen (Vollzugriff).
Beachten Sie, dass hierfür Administratorrechte
notwendig sind.
Einrichtung unter Linux (Ubuntu)
1. Installation:
sudo apt install samba samba-common
2. Nutzer „rotoclear" erstellen (Die Abfragen können mit
<Enter> übersprungen werden):
sudo adduser --no-create-home --disabled-login
--shell /bin/false rotoclear
3. Passwort für den Zugriff des Benutzers „rotoclear"
anlegen:
sudo smbpasswd -a rotoclear
4. Erstellen eines Ordners. Der letzte Befehl macht den
Benutzer rotoclear auf Systemebene zum Besitzer des
Ordners.
sudo mkdir /mnt/rotoclearShared
cd /mnt/rotoclearShared

Folder sharing
Setup under Windows 10
Usage of a file share as a storage location is based on the
Samba 1.0 / Cifs protocol (see specifications). By default,
this is not enabled on a Windows 10 machine.
You can activate it by carrying out the following actions:
1. Open the settings (Start > Settings or Windows + I).
2. Open „Apps" > „Apps & Features".
3. On the right-hand side, you will find the item „Programs
and Features" in the category „Related Settings".
4. Open the item „Turn Windows features on or off"
5. Activate the checkbox in front of „SMB 1.0/CIFS File
Sharing Support" and confirm with OK.
6. Restart your system if prompted to do so.
Please note that administrator rights are required to
do this.
You can now set up a Windows file share. To do so, open
the properties of the corresponding folder. Under the
„Sharing" tab, click on „Advanced Sharing" and activate the
checkbox next to „Share this folder".
Ensure that you assign the corresponding user the
required read and write permissions (full access).

Setup under Linux (Ubuntu)
1. Installation:
sudo apt install samba samba-common
2. Create the user „rotoclear" (Prompts can be skipped
using <Enter>):
sudo adduser --no-create-home --disabled-login
--shell /bin/false rotoclear
3. Create password for the user „rotoclear":
sudo smbpasswd -a rotoclear
4. Create a folder. The last command makes the user
rotoclear the owner of the folder at the system level.
sudo mkdir /mnt/rotoclearShared
cd /mnt/rotoclearShared
