We recommend infrared sessions of
approx. 30-50 minutes, depending on
personal well-being, or a b-intense
infrared program. After 60 minutes the
cabin switches off automatically.
The infrared radiation must strike the skin
directly. Sit in the cabin with the upper body
naked, so that your spine is positioned direct-
ly in front of the back radiator, and lean back.
Usually, sweating starts after 10-15 minutes.
Adjust the neck support, so that the radiation
does not hit the back of your head directly.

Use a towel while sitting in the cabin.
A b-intense
need preheating. Just sit down, switch it
on and enjoy immediately.
You can enjoy your b-intense
cabin daily.
A lukewarm shower is recommended
after every infrared application. We also
suggest applying a nurturing, moisturi-
zing lotion.
Mind your fluid balance and drink a glass
of water before and after each use of the
infrared cabin.
