TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Unit will not Start
24 Volt cord not properly connected
Power supply not live
Main ON/OFF switch not ON
The Safety Fuse is blown
GREEN LED OFF Power Supply not present
The Safety Fuse is blown
RED LED SLOW
The Input voltage is below 21 Vdc
FLASHING
RED LED FAST The Input voltage is above 31 Vdc
FLASHING
RED LED SOLID ON Over- temperature
Microcontroller in Stand-By
Will not inflate/deflate Wrong Port connected
Wrong setting on the Pressure knob
Main ON/OFF switch not ON

Possible Cause Possible Solution
Connect the Power Supply. Make sure polarity is correct (Red to
Positive; Black to Negative pole)
Check the GREEN LED
Turn main switch to ON
Replace the fuse with one of the same size
Connect properly to the Electrical System
Replace the fuse of the DC Driver
Check the Electrical System
Check the Electrical System
Wait for cooling till the red light goes off
Disconnect and reconnect the FUSE to reset the unit.
Connect the air hose to the proper Port (IN to deflate; OUT to
inflate.
Adjust settings
Turn main switch to ON and then press START
