Thissensormaybeusedformostroutineapplications
likeconductivitymeasurementinindustrialwastewater
systems.Forapplicationsathighertemperaturesandfor
useinhazardousareasthesensorInPro7250HTisthe
preferredalternative.
InPro 7250 HT
TheInPro7250Seriessensorissuitableforthemajo-
rity of all electrodeless conductivity applications. Its
 c ompactsizeenablesittobemountedinamultitudeof
methods, including insertion (flange, bushing), and
 i mmersion. Typical applications include salinity and
 b rine measurements, steel pickling, scrubbing towers,
ion exchange regeneration, plating baths, rinse water,
caustic metal cleaning, and textile measurements in
scouring,mercerizing,andcarbonizingbaths.
InPro 7250 PFA
Thissensorisparticularlysuitedforheavy-dutychemical
applicationssuchasOleum(highlyconcentratedsulfu-
ricacid),aswellasapplicationsinthepharmaceutical
andbiopharmaceuticalindustry(CIPskids,acidandba-
seconcentration).
Notes:
– PEEK is a thermoplastic material with excellent
strength and chemical resistance properties over a
 w iderangeofprocesstemperaturesandpressures.
– PEEK material displays excellent chemical resis-
tancetomostaqueoussolutionsofacids,bases,and
salts.Itisalsoexcellentfororganicsolventssuchas
toluene,ethylacetate,acetone,gasoline,andcarbon
tetrachloride. It is not recommended for sulfuric or
 n itricacidsolutionsabove70%,norisitrecommen-
dedforOleumapplications.
– PFAisatypeoffluorcarbonswithsimilarproperties
asPTFE.PFAisresistantagainstnearlyallchemicals
andhasahightemperatureresistance.ThePFAqua-
lity used here does not contain glass fibres (virgin
PFA).
