Fit the M8x16 oval head screws (17) loosely in
the guide support with the M8 square nuts (16).
Slide the guide support into the slot of the
support section (4). Mount part (7) with the
screw (14).

Join together the support section LA (5) and the
support section of the machine via connector (7)
and the connecting shaft (6), and tighten with
clamping lever (18). Then tighten part (7).

Screw the clamping levers (18) with washers
(24) into the connecting shaft a distance of
approx. 2-3 turns as shown above.
Then slide part (6) into support section LA up to
the middle of the table and lock in place.

The meter rule (25) can now be stuck on the
clean support section (4) the same as on the
basic machine. Make sure that the scales concur
and cut off the piece projecting.
Please note:
The table width extension is easy to fold
down by loosening the connecting shaft (6)
and pushing it sidewards onto the support
section. Then unlock the latches.
