STEP 2:
• Fasten the front stand (2) to the frame (1) using 2 carriage bolts (M8 x 60 mm) (5),
2 curved washers (6) and 2 M8 hex nut caps (7). Then fasten the rear stand (2) to
the frame (1) using 2 carriage bolts (M8 x 60 mm) (5), 2 curved washers (6) and 2
M8 hex nut caps (7).

STEP 3:
• The left and right pedals (12L and 12R) are marked with „L" and „R", respectively.
Mount the pedals to the corresponding treadles. When you are sitting on the home
trainer, the right pedal is on your right.
• Please note that the right pedal screws on clockwise and the left pedal counter
clockwise.
