If you open the cover, you see:
 the Sealing strip, it contains a heating wire covered with Teflon which allows the bag to
seal but not to stick to the strip.
 Removable vacuum chamber. The open end of the bag must be placed inside the
chamber. This feature makes sure that air cannot escape from the bag and that excess
liquid is removed. Easy to remove and clean.
Please observe the following safety notices in order not to burn or scald yourself or others.
► To avoid getting burned, never touch the sealing bar while the unit is operating.

15.2 Panel

A Indicator lamp for sealing: indicates the seal process
B Button Seal only: For sealing the bag without vacuum
C Stop
switches off the vacuuming and sealing action whenever the operator wants to stop the
operation
D Indicator lamp for vacuum
indicates the vacuum process
E Vacuum & Seal
draws air out of the bag and automatically changes operation to seal the bag after vacuum
is completed
F Indicator lamp for vacuum in canister
indicates the vacuum process
G Vacuum canister
draws air out of the canister
With the included vacuuming hose you can vacuum the Caso vacuum canister set.
H Indicator lamps Selectable welding time (trocken & feucht)
Indicates the welding time chosen either for dry (trocken) or moist (feucht) vacuum food.
I Button selectable welding time (trocken & feucht)
With this function you could adjust the welding time to the consistency of your vacuum
food. Choose "trocken" for dry vacuum food and "feucht" for moist vacuum food where
liquid is produced. Please choose the corresponding sealing time before the vacuum
process.
