SETTING THE NEEDLE
Before adjusting the machine, insert a new needle into the
needle bar as far as possible. The long groove of the needle
must be directed to the operator. Tighten the needle
clamp nut securely.
SETTING THE UPPER LOOPER CONNECTING ROD
The distance between the center lines of the two ball
joints (A) Fig. 1 is 4 1/8" (104.8mm) for all styles except
81200E & EZ3254 and 4 3/16" (106.4mm) for styles
81200E & EZ3254. To set loosen nuts (B & C) and adjust
with rod (D), Note nut (B) has left hand threads.

EINSETZEN DER NADEL
Vor Einstellung der Maschine ist eine neue Nadel mit der
langen Rinne nach vorn (zur Näherin) so einzusetzen, daß
sie oben in der Nadelstange anstößt. Mutter fest anzie-
hen.
EINSTELLEN DER UNTIEEGREIFERS PLEUELSTANGE
Die Abstand zwischen den Mittellinien der beiden
Kugelgelenke (A) Fig. 1 104.8mm fûr alle Arten außer
81200E & 81200EZ3254 und 106.4mm fûr Model 81200E
& 81200EZ3254. So legen Sie lösen mutters (B & C) und
stellen Sie mit Stange (D), hat Beachten Mutter (B)
Linksgewinde.
