Make sure that both ends of the pull-up bar are extended by identical lengths. Try pus-
hing the red locking mechanism towards the center on both sides and turning it in the
direction of the arrow to test whether it clicks into place. If this is not the case, the lengths
of the two ends do not match and must be adjusted. Release the locking mechanism
again before you carry out the next assembly step.
Attach the foot pieces to both ends of the pull-up bar by sliding the bars into the

openings provided. When fastening onto the door frame, make sure that the arrows of
the locking mechanism point upwards and that the pull-up bar is in a perfect horizontal
orientation to the floor. Make sure that the end sections are fixed vertically in the door
frame, as this is the only way to ensure the best possible weight distribution.
Step 4
Now turn the main bar in the middle until both ends are extended so far that the device
is firmly attached to the door frame.
