IV. USE OF VACUUM CLEANER (Fig. 7)
Let the vacuum cleaner charge sufficiently prior to using.
CONTROL
ON/OFF switch (A1)
- vacuum cleaner ON/OFF switch
ON/OFF switch + suction power control (D1)
- vacuum cleaner ON/OFF switch + suction power switch (low power, maximum power)
– The suction power may only be adjusted if the vacuum cleaner is put in the extension
piece D.
– The hand unit of the vacuum cleaner can only be used with maximum suction power
(lower power cannot be selected).
– Side brushes E5 are intended for easier and more efficient collection of dirt along the
walls.
– Rotary brush lock: The rotary brush drive stops, while the E4 LEDs go out. The
vacuum cleaner motor will remain running. Turn off the vacuum cleaner, eliminate the
cause of the brush lock before you can continue vacuuming.
USING THE MOP ATTACHMENT (F)
1. Moisten mopping textile F1, wring it out, and then fit it on mopping adapter F.
2. Check whether selector F3 is in position No Wetting ( Symbol: Flap Crossed Out).
Remove rubber Open rubber plug F2 (Fig. 4) and fill up mopping adapter F (max 210 ml).
You can add a no-foam floor cleaning agent if required.
3. When filled and assembled, fit the mop attachment to the floor nozzle E (Fig. 1, 4).
4. Put selector F3 to Moistening (Symbol: Flap).
5. Mop the floor with smooth movements.
– The mop attachment can be used while vacuum cleaning is on or off. If you are
mopping and vacuuming at the same time, first move the vacuum cleaner forwards on
the surface you are cleaning and then return using the same path you have already
vacuumed and cleaned. This will ensure the proper sequence of the cleaning process
- vacuum cleaning to get rid of any dirt first, followed by floor mopping.
– With the mop attachment you can mop an area of up to 40 m
– Use selector F3 to select/ deselect Moistening function.
V. REMOVING THE DUST CONTAINER AND FILTER
DUST CONTAINER REMOVAL
When taking out the dust container B follow the procedure indicated in Fig. 1. Dispose of
dirt contained in the dust container with regular household waste. An emptied and cleaned
container is to be put back into the vacuum cleaner in reverse order.
